Telescope Advisory Partners advised accompio GmbH (“accompio”) with Commercial Due Diligence services on its acquisition of Services4-IT Kft. (“Services4-IT”), a Hungary-based IT-service provider offering nearshoring services to the German-speaking countries.

Founded in 2014, Services4-IT focuses on application operations, development, and support as well as test management centered around a broad technology stack and additionally offers proprietary SW solutions. Since its foundation, the company has expanded and opened another operating location in Pesc & Budapest (Hungary) as well as in Germany. The staff counts more than 90 employees today.
