Chequers Capital’s successful acquisition of Cheops with the support of Telescope’s commercial due diligence

Telescope Advisory Partners advised Chequers Partenaires SA (“Chequers Capital”), the French-based Private Equity investor, with Commercial Due Diligence services on its acquisition of Cheops Technology NV (“Cheops”), a market-leading Belgium-based Managed Services Provider (MSP).

Founded in 1989, Cheops offers a comprehensive range of services for mid-sized and enterprise customers, supporting business-critical IT processes ranging from infrastructure and cloud to workplace, security and applications. The company’s offering is complemented by best-of-breed technologies such as Microsoft or AWS, enabling Cheops to meet the key requirements of both its customers and the underlying and emerging market dynamics within and outside Belgium.

Chequers is a pan-European investment company with 25 investment professionals focusing on investments in the Benelux, France, the DACH region, and Italy.
