Successful acquisition of Fujitsu’s German private cloud business through AEQUITA.

Telescope Advisory Partners has advised AEQUITA SE & Co. KGaA (“AEQUITA”), a Munich-based investor, with commercial due diligence and strategy concept development during its acquisition process of Fujitsu Services GmbH, the German subsidiary of Japanese corporation Fujitsu, providing private cloud and IT application services for the German market.
Operating from its Frankfurt, Neckarsulm and Neuenstadt data centers, Fujitsu Services GmbH provides mission-critical hybrid IT, modern workplace and application as well as cybersecurity services to numerous leading organizations in a variety of industries, including highly regulated industries. In the last business year, the company generated revenues of approximate €200m with around 1,200 employees.
AEQUITA is a Munich-based investor investing in special situations, including corporate carve-outs, successions, and transformational situations across Europe. Its current portfolio, with 11,000 employees, generates more than €2.5bn in revenues. With a strong capital base, entrepreneurial expertise, and a partnership approach, AEQUITA focuses on the acquisition and long-term value enhancement of companies that can benefit from its operational engagement.
