Our Approach
We support investors in transaction advisory (buy-side) projects with expertise in M&A strategy, pre-DD support, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and Tech-DD.
After the transaction, we help to derive the action plans for the first 100 days post-closing and can provide implementation and execution support for buy&build as well as commercial value creation.
Eventually, we support in preparing businesses for exit or growth financing by developing growth strategy plans, conducting independent business reviews on the business model’s fit for the future and eventually provide Vendor-CDD analysis to support the Exit.
