TELEPHONE INTERVIEW

If you are a good match for the position, we will contact you by e-mail within 3 days and schedule an approx. 30-minute telephone interview with you. The interview will be conducted with the responsible HR contact person.

1. INTERVIEW

After a positive telephone interview, you will be invited to a personal or virtual interview of approx. 1 hour. We usually reply very quickly after the telephone interview, within 1-3 days. Participants for the personal interview are 1-2 participants from the TAP team as well as 1 HR contact person.

2. INTERVIEW

In a second peronal interview (lasting approx. 1.5 hours), which we schedule about one week after the first personal interview, we will give you the opportunity to work on a case and get to know our managing directors.

DECISION

You will receive our final decision with a contract offer within 5 days. Congratulations & welcome to the TAP team! 🙂
